At Sponsource, we value your privacy and are committed to ensuring that your data is handled securely and transparently. If you wish to delete the data associated with your usage of our platform, please follow the instructions below.

What Data We Collect

Sponsource collects and uses data strictly for the purpose of providing our social media management services. This includes:

  • Social Media Data: Authorized data from Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn accounts (e.g., page insights, post scheduling information, and analytics).

  • Business Information: Data provided during the onboarding process, such as:

    • Business name

    • Industry

    • Target audience

    • Other details submitted through onboarding forms

  • Personal Information: Contact details like email addresses required for account management.

  • Content Data: Posts, captions, hashtags, and scheduling details.

We never share or sell your data to third parties.

How to Request Data Deletion

To delete your data associated with Sponsource, please follow these steps:

Option 1: Direct Request via Email

  1. Send an email to info@sponsource.co with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".

  2. Include the following details in the email:

    • The email address linked to your Sponsource account.

    • The business name and any additional information needed to identify your account.

We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm via email once your data has been permanently deleted.

Option 2: Request Through Your Client Dashboard

If you are a registered client using the Sponsource portal, you can submit a data deletion request by contacting your account manager:

  1. Log in to your account at https://app.sponsource.co.

  2. Use the messaging feature to contact your account manager and request data deletion.

Your account manager will assist you with the process, and we will delete your data within 7 business days of the request.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your data deletion request:

  1. All associated data, including social media tokens, onboarding information, analytics, and content, will be permanently deleted from our systems within 7 business days.

  2. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
